The Maintenance was finished without any problems. Bitbucket is up and running again.

Update

We could stabilize the platform. Bitbucket is currently up and running. We currently have an eye on it and collect metrics.

Bitbucket is running in normal parameters again. If you still experience access problems with Bitbucket, please clear your browser data (cache & cookies).

Update

Update to the Bitbucket performance issues: We have found the root cause and will have to scale the resources one more time. Due to AWS regulations this has to wait until 16:15 CET. So Bitbucket should be running in normal parameters from 16:30 CET on. We are very sorry about the inconveniences. We will monitor the outcome and adjust the settings if necessary.

Investigating
