  Description: Cluster Update to 1.11.7 - Part 1

  We will perform a security and feature upgrade of our MSI DevTools infrastructure (Kubernetes 1.9.8 --> 1.11.7) within the next three weeks.

  To do so, we will deploy an updated version of our Kubernetes cluster in parallel and the migrate one namespace at a time to the new cluster.

  Expected Downtime: 60 minutes per namespace (until 20:00)
