  We have just restored all the 2FA tokens. Users who have already logged in, simply continue to use the new 2FA. Users who haven't logged in yet could use their old 2FA again. Permissions and Users should all go again.

• Update

  We are currently restoring all users with the corresponding permissions. During the restore the 2FA is reseted. This will be restored in the next minutes. All users who have already created a new 2FA can continue to use the new token. Important: The restore is not complete yet, therefore it can be that one or the other user will not get the full functionality yet. Please be patient with reporting existing bugs, we are still in the middle of recovery and haven't officially restored the system yet!

• Update

  We were able to identify the problem in one of our backend services and are now trying to fix it. The problem can currently affect all MSI services!

• Investigating

  Currently we are facing an issue with our authentication service (crowd). We try to solve this problem as fast as possible. This may also affect JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket and the other MSI Services.
